Day 3: MVP Complete
Finalized the MVP feature set. Rebuilt the marketing website with proper pages, accurate feature lists, and real screenshots. Ready for beta testing.

Day 3: Reports & Polish
Built revenue reports with charts, aging reports for accounts receivable, CSV export, automatic backups, and database export. Added business branding with logo upload.

Day 2: Time Tracking
Added Phase 2 features: time tracking with a built-in timer, manual time entry, and the ability to convert tracked time directly into invoice line items.

Day 2: From Zero to Invoicing
Implemented the complete Phase 1 MVP in a single day. Client management, invoice creation, line items, PDF generation, payment tracking, products library. Also launched the first version of the marketing website.

Day 1: The Idea
Initial commit. Started with a clear thesis: freelancers are drowning in subscription fatigue. Built the product spec, market analysis, and technical architecture. Chose Tauri + React + SQLite for a true local-first desktop app.
